I am a Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, Mama, Astrology lover, and co-owner of the plant-based intimate skincare line, The Sacral House, that bridges together the synergy of natural aphrodisiacs and energy work to reconnect people back to their sensuality. I believe in #bigsacralenergy, the medicine of laughter, human touch, and that mothers rekindling their sexual energy is part of our collective healing.
